Free
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Entries
must be received by the specified closing date.
Illegible or altered entries or those not in accordance with the entry
instructions are invalid and will not be accepted
All entries subject to verification
We accept no responsibility or liability for lost, damaged or
delayed entries
Any entry
which is late will be deemed invalid at the organisers sole discretion.
Prize
draws are open to UK citizens only or a legal resident of the UK, at all
times during the contest.
Entrants
must be over the age of 18 at time of entry to the competition.
There is
no cash alternative for any prize.
Prize
winners will be drawn at random and will be notified within 21 days of
the draw.
Any winner
who has not responded to notification within 21 days will forfeit their
prize; no replacement winner will be selected from other entrants.
Prizes
will be delivered within 28 days of the closing date or at the
discretion and availability of My Great Grandfathers
Restaurant.
By
entering the competition, the winner consents to the results and
winner's name being published on our website, in
our any newsletter and any and all media coverage created by the draw.
The judges
decision is final. No correspondence regarding the results of the draw
will be entered into.
An
observer, independent to the free prize draw organisers, will supervise
prize draws to ensure that all participants have an equal opportunity of

entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the
prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning
entry.
Entry to
the prize draw will be via the entry form only.
Participants
may not enter using multiple email addresses, residential addresses or
as multiple participants. Any participant who attempts to enter
with multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter multiple
times will be disqualified.
We
reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any
prize draw should virus, bugs, un-authorised human intervention, or other
causes beyond the control of My Great Grandfathers
Restaurant, in its sole opinion, corrupt the
administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of
the prize draws or for any other reason at the sole discretion of My
Great Grandfathers
Restaurant.
In the
event of cancellation, My Great Grandfathers
Restaurant may, in its sole discretion, elect to
award the prize to a winner randomly drawn from among all participants
who had validly entered the prize draws at the time of such
cancellation.
By
entering the prize draw and registering on this website, you consent to
the collection and use of the information you voluntarily submit, for
the purposes described above.
Entry into
the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these rules.
The winner
is required to contact My Great Grandfathers
Restaurant to confirm acceptance of their prize
within 21 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance
within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, we reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly
drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.

event of a prize winner being disqualified, Gianni is under no

Gift
Vouchers Terms and Conditions
These
Terms and Conditions apply to Gift Vouchers (Voucher(s) or Gift
Voucher(s)) placed by, or on behalf of, our customers.
These Terms and Conditions replace any of our earlier terms and
conditions in relation to our Vouchers and no variation to these Terms
and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed by My
Great Grandfathers
Restaurant in writing. By
purchasing a Voucher from My
Great Grandfathers
Restaurant, you agree on behalf of yourself and if
not yourself, the person for whom the Voucher is intended, to be bound
by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Vouchers valid for
'eating in' at the restaurant only unless otherwise stated.
Voucher photocopies will not be accepted.
Cash change is not given on purchases which cost less than the value of
the Voucher presented. Change
of further Gift Vouchers are provided for the unused amount of any
Voucher.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and we
reserve the right not to accept any Vouchers that have or appear
to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers
and such Vouchers shall not be refunded. To deface a Voucher will render
it invalid.
Allow 5 working days for delivery if requesting Vouchers by mail.
To redeem Vouchers against alcohol products the purchaser must be aged
18 years or over.

vary from time to time
Vouchers valid for
'eating in' at the restaurant only unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers have a face value of 0.0001p.
There is no cash
alternative. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refund.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions,
discount tokens, coupons or cards, unless specifically indicated.
Any resale of a Promotional Voucher is expressly prohibited.
Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and we
reserve the right not to accept any Vouchers that have or appear
to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers.
To deface a Voucher will render
it invalid.

reserve the right to refuse to deliver vouchers.
To redeem Vouchers against any alcohol products the purchaser must be aged

Vouchers can have an expiry date. The date to which each voucher

Some vouchers may have a date(s), day of the week or particular
event (eg: Saturday, Valentines Day) on which they can NOT be used. The
voucher cannot be used on this specified date(s).
Limited to one (1) voucher per individual.
We
reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time
where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so. Where appropriate
reasonable notice of any such changes will be given where possible.
